Roger Bigwood

Chairman

Roger’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to successfully start business ventures across various different industries. Roger currently sits as Chairman across the Supported Business Group and combines his many years of experience with inherent business acumen to guide the Supported Giving Management team.

Roger’s strengths regularly prove invaluable as he addresses business challenges and needs with his creative and disruptively innovative approach.

Jordon Lau

Chief Operating Officer

With a background in sports performance, coaching, and all-things active, Jordon has brought the mix of strategy, diligence, and hard work to his business endeavours.

Since joining the group in 2004 he has been involved in every aspect of business activity, and remains eager to be as engaged ‘on the ground’ as he is in the boardroom. Jordon will always be quick to volunteer himself to volunteer with our charity partners; whether that’s distributing leaflets on the streets, or walking up and down a train station platform with a collection bucket trying to make eye contact with early morning commuters – he’s eager to experience the general public’s reactions first hand, to contribute towards a good cause, and to think of a smarter way of doing things.

Jessamyn Shams-Lau

Board Advisor

Jessamyn is an advocate for redistribution of power in philanthropy, non-profit workforce wellbeing, and feminine leadership. She currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Capital Collaborative by Camelback Ventures, and as co-Chair of the Funders + Wellbeing Project for The Wellbeing Project.

After realising she’s far from alone in her frustration with the status quo of power hoarding in philanthropy, Jessamyn co-wrote and illustrated the book, ‘Unicorns Unite: How Non-profits & Foundations Can Build EPIC Partnerships’, with Jane Leu and Vu Le. During her decade-long tenure leading the Peery Foundation, Jessamyn co-created and stewarded the Peery Foundation’s Grantee-Centric approach to philanthropy as Executive Director/Co-CEO.

Jessamyn has created a university curriculum social innovation that is taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She has served as an advisor to Intrinsic Labs, The Wellbeing Project, GrantAdvisor, and Ashoka U, as well as an Executive Committee member of Big Bang Philanthropy Group. Drawing upon her broad experience within the non-profit sector, Jessamyn advises the Supported Giving team in all areas of business activity.

Jessamyn is a high school dropout and community college graduate. She has a BA in Fine Arts and an MBA. She lives in Copenhagen, Denmark with her ridiculously funny husband, insatiably curious toddler daughter, and two headstrong house rabbits.

Jonathan Muggleton

Delivery and Operations Manager

Jonathan has a wide range of experience across Direct Marketing, Tech and the Charity sectors gained over the past 20 years from roles at The Daily Telegraph, marketing agencies and tech start ups.

His role at Supported Giving covers both the operational and strategic sides of the business. Jonathan has a wealth of experience across the Strategy, Design and Build of charity websites having spent the past 7 years as Head of Delivery at charity website provider Raising IT. Prior to that he spent over 10 years working in the mobile industry on SMS campaigns, mobile web and application development for brands including Global Radio, Universal Pictures, Peugeot, Virgin Media and Orange Wednesdays.

Lee Collings

Front-End Developer & Graphic Designer

Lee has been working in website development and graphic design for over 15 years. Using his vast knowledge and experience we are able to create stunning visual representations for our clients’ cashless donation solutions.

With a fantastic eye for detail and unity, Lee’s passion for visual beauty is fuelled by appreciating consistent corporate branding, innovative user experience, and very strong coffee!
